Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty, you are eligible for an exchange or a voucher equal to the value of your purchase.
- Notification Period: Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if your product is damaged or faulty.
- Proof of Damage: Kindly provide pictures and videos of the damaged or faulty item as evidence.

- Voucher or Exchange: Once your claim is verified, we will issue a voucher that you can use for future purchases, or you can request a product exchange.
Wrong Items Shipped
If you receive an incorrect product, you are entitled to a free exchange for the correct item.
- Notification Period: Please inform us within 72 hours of delivery if the wrong item was shipped.
- Return Process: You will need to return the incorrect product in its original packaging.
- Exchange: Once the incorrect item is received, we will ship the correct product at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- No Cash Refunds: Please note that Millennium Central does not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide vouchers or exchanges for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Original Packaging: Items being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the condition you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishables, personal care products, or customized orders may not be eligible for returns. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team via WhatsApp or at support@millenniumcentral.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Submit Proof: Provide photos and videos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item along with your order details.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Receive Your Voucher/Exchange: After we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll issue your voucher or ship the replacement product.
